Contact TravelInsurance.ph

TravelInsurance.ph publishes plain English guides on travel insurance for people in the Philippines. We don't run a contact form and we don't collect personal details, so this page sets out who we are, what we can help with and how to tell us about a mistake.

Who runs TravelInsurance.ph

TravelInsurance.ph is run by Dominet BV, Panamalaan 7D, 1019 AS Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 75389517).

What we are, and what we are not

TravelInsurance.ph is an independent editorial and comparison site, not an insurer, agent or broker. We don't sell or arrange policies. We don't take applications and we can't see any account you hold with a provider.

Questions about your own policy

We can't help with applications, policies, claims, refunds or account issues. Please contact the insurer directly, using the contact details in your policy documents or on the insurer's own website. They hold your details, so they are the ones who can act on them.
